Credits unlock homeowner opportunities in your workspace. Unlocking shows the homeowner's contact details and their full original quote. Each type has a fixed credit cost, shown before you unlock.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
What is free?
Quote Coach, pricing insights, opportunity previews and your workspace. You only spend credits when you choose to unlock an opportunity.
Refunds?
If a homeowner's contact details turn out to be invalid (bounced email or disconnected number), report it within 7 days and the credits return to your balance automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
